Return Window
- 14 days from delivery for items in original condition with all tags attached
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
Return Process
- Log into your account and select “Returns”
- Print return label (shipping costs apply)
- Package items with return form
- Drop off and keep tracking receipt
Return Shipping
Customer pays all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or altered items
- Items without tags
- All sale items (marked as final sale)
Damaged or Defective Items
We cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact returns@cristison.com immediately with photos.
International Returns
International customers responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees.
