Return Window

  • 14 days from delivery for items in original condition with all tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Return Process

  1. Log into your account and select “Returns”
  2. Print return label (shipping costs apply)
  3. Package items with return form
  4. Drop off and keep tracking receipt

Return Shipping

Customer pays all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or altered items
  • Items without tags
  • All sale items (marked as final sale)

Damaged or Defective Items

We cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact returns@cristison.com immediately with photos.

International Returns

International customers responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees.
